At The Orsus Group, what sets us apart from other companies is our Client Services team and their commitment to provide exceptional customer service.  We want to take a minute and introduce you to two important and integral members of our team.

About Jaclyn Atkins

Many of you have already met Jaclyn (Jackie) Atkins, recent addition to our Management staff.  She began with The Orsus Group officially as a Verifications Specialist in September 2013, and most recently held the position of Client Service Representative on our Client Services Team where she was dedicated to providing a very high level of customer service.   We were pleased to promote her into the Client Relationship Manager role in January of 2016.   Jackie specializes in working with our Staffing Industry clientele.

Here’s something you may not know about Jackie:  She is a United States Marine Corps veteran.  Jackie received her Associates in Business Administration from Oakland Community College, and B.B.A. from Walsh College.   Jackie is a mother of three gorgeous girls- Jade, Faith and Ashlyn.  She is a die-hard camper and enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

About Courtney Peagler

Courtney Peagler began working with The Orsus Group in December 2014.  Courtney began her journey with us on the Client Services Team as a Client Support Associate.   Courtney’s previous experience supporting attorneys in the legal space prepared her to quickly learn about the background screening world.  She was quickly promoted to a Client Service Representative in March of 2015.  Highly motivated and diligent in these roles, it did not take long for us to see her leadership potential which prompted the recent January 2016 promotion to Client Relationship Manager.   Courtney is responsible for managing client accounts in a variety of industries.

Here’s something you may not know about Courtney:  She is the mother of one rambunctious son, Brandon.   When she’s not working or chasing after Brandon, she enjoys playing tennis and family time.  Courtney was a Girl Scout for 11 years and continues to enjoy volunteering.
